Sometimes we are tired and think it is our age or our busy lifestyle, when energy can be improved by balancing our hormones.

“If you are experiencing low energy, hair loss, thinning of the outer 3rd portion of your eyebrows, struggling to lose weight despite a clean diet & exercise, feel anxious or depressed, you may be suffering from a sluggish thyroid.  There’s plenty you can do.”  (excerpt from the below linked article)Frequently we need to get balanced with our thyroid.

The thyroid gland controls how quickly the body uses energy, makes proteins, and controls how sensitive the body is to other hormones.

The below link provides some vital information on what can be done.  One of the many helpful ideas therein:
“Acupressure ~ Press the hollow at the base of the throat 3x for 10 second to stimulate the thyroid.”
